YSL Beauty has unveiled its latest fragrance, LIBRE FLOWERS & FLAMES, a bold addition to the renowned LIBRE collection. The new scent encapsulates the brand’s signature blend of edgy femininity and unrestrained passion, drawing inspiration from the resilient desert lily—a flower celebrated for its ability to thrive in even the harshest conditions.
Crafted by esteemed Master Perfumers Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaïm, LIBRE FLOWERS & FLAMES reinterprets the LIBRE structure with an innovative floral sensuality. At its core is a unique desert lily accord, enhanced by a sunkissed coco palm flower accord, exclusively developed for YSL Beauty. These warm, spicy notes introduce a captivating new layer to the fragrance, which is further enriched by a radiant heart of tuberose and orange blossom absolute. The result is a scent that embodies boldness and fearlessness, perfectly aligning with the spirit of the modern, independent woman.
Fronting the campaign is YSL Beauty’s global ambassador, Dua Lipa, an icon known for her bold femininity and unwavering self-expression. Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Moroccan desert, the campaign imagery reflects the essence of blazing one’s own trail and embracing a spirit of fiery independence. The first visual, released today, features Dua Lipa holding a desert lily against a backdrop of a fiery sunset, encapsulating the fragrance’s essence. The full campaign video is slated for release on August 15th.
LIBRE FLOWERS & FLAMES will be available in the United States from July 30th, both in-store and online at yslbeautyus.com. This launch promises to further cement YSL Beauty’s reputation for creating fragrances that are as daring and distinctive as the women who wear them.
