North Highland, a change and transformation consultancy, has appointed Jennifer Low as Vice President of its UK Public Sector division. Low, a Chartered Management Consultant and Chartered Accountant, joins North Highland after a distinguished career that includes two decades of experience in international change leadership and operational excellence.
Low will oversee the Public Sector UK team and lead initiatives to grow government accounts, streamline delivery, and ensure quality assurance and risk management within North Highland’s public sector projects. She will be responsible for developing the team’s capabilities and driving impactful outcomes for clients across government agencies.

In addition to her leadership roles, Low mentors emerging leaders and actively supports a network for senior female executives focusing on transformation initiatives within the UK’s public and private sectors.
