HIKMICRO, a leader in optical technology, has introduced its latest thermal monoculars, the FALCON 2.0 and CONDOR LRF 2.0, at the JAGD & HUND exhibition in Dortmund, Germany. Running from 28th January to 2nd February 2025, the event provides a fitting stage for the unveiling of these innovative devices.
The launch reflects HIKMICRO’s commitment to enhancing the hunting experience through advanced technology and user-centred design. The new products were developed under the ethos of “Mastery Made Easy,” aiming to provide hunters with exceptional image quality and simplified operation.
HIKMICRO’s R&D specialist, Mr Wang, explained: “We have made significant improvements to the FALCON and CONDOR models with a focus on one-handed operation and mastery-level performance. These innovations are paired with high image quality to ensure a comfortable and seamless observation experience.”
Breakthrough Performance
The FALCON 2.0 and CONDOR LRF 2.0 boast a cutting-edge 15mK thermal detector, capable of capturing fine temperature details. This ensures superior image clarity on the 0.49-inch display, allowing hunters to easily identify targets in various weather and environmental conditions.
The CONDOR LRF 2.0 is equipped with a laser rangefinder capable of accurately measuring distances up to 1,000 metres. This feature, alongside horizontal distance data, provides hunters with the precision needed for humane and safe hunting.
A significant innovation is the Shutterless Image System (HSIS), eliminating disruptions caused by image freezes. Instead, users experience uninterrupted and smooth visuals, enhancing immersion during hunts.
Battery life is another standout feature. Both devices are powered by optimised 21700 batteries, offering over six hours of continuous operation. Replaceable batteries and compatibility with Type-C power banks ensure that even extended hunting trips remain uninterrupted.
Designed for Simplicity
HIKMICRO has prioritised intuitive operation, introducing features such as a rear focus wheel and streamlined button placement. The one-handed design ensures hunters can easily adjust settings without distraction. Silent buttons and anti-slip rubber housing enhance usability, even in challenging conditions.
The FALCON 2.0 retains a classic cylindrical design, while the CONDOR LRF 2.0 features a compact, ergonomic shape for optimal comfort. Both models cater to left- and right-handed users, with carrying options that include a neck strap, wrist lanyard, and carrying bag.
Enhanced Connectivity
The monoculars are compatible with the HIKMICRO Sight App, enabling live viewing, media sharing, and product updates. Hunters can also access personalised after-sales services through the app, strengthening their connection to the hunting community.
HIKMICRO’s launch of the FALCON 2.0 and CONDOR LRF 2.0 demonstrates the brand’s dedication to blending traditional hunting values with state-of-the-art innovation. With these new devices, the company continues to set a high standard in the world of thermal optics.
